Clean hotel, loved to be very close to the centre of the city, beach and city centre and all shops, restaurants and beach thanks to great and incredible location. Everything was good, however a few employees were impersonal. Double room for wifi in your bedroom, had essentials required.

We had a bumpy start on the day of arrival just like some other guests. Our bed linens were dirty and when we requested a change, we were told to wait until 6 PM as there was no one available to change them earlier. We were exhausted from traveling for 24 hours and found it frustrating. The staff also couldn't provide a refrigerator that kept our medication cold, and when we complained, they said it was only meant to "refresh" items. However, the staff did accommodate our special request to keep ice packs in the downstairs bar to transport our medication. Despite these initial setbacks, the shower was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious by European standards. The location was also great, with the beach and main shopping street within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel considering the comfortable accommodations and accommodating staff when they could address our needs.

Easter at this hotel was amazing! The breakfast offered a tasty and hearty selection that was perfect fuel for the day. The location couldn't be better with everything you need within a short walk. We loved the swimming pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.
